People Don't Stop Believin', the upcoming album from ian mcnabb

Article:

This new CD will be available online only, strictly limited to 1,000 copies, from September through Townsend Records. All tracks will have annotation by myself, thoughts, explanations etc on each individual track. Here's an excerpt, along with a full track listing.

The album "Before All Of This" was written and recorded over a period of two years and was originally intended to be two separate albums. In the end I dropped a few tunes from both albums and made them into one. The music featured on this disc is comprised of what I consider to be the best alternate takes and unreleased songs from the sessions as well as the three tunes that were used as 'B' sides to the dual format "Let The Young Girl Do What She Wants To" single. "They Will Find You Out" makes its first appearance on CD here, having only previously been available as the 7" 'B' side. I hope you enjoy this "BAOT" supplement, which I believe stands as a strong album in its own right.
  1. Let The Young Girl Do What She Wants To Do (Demo)
  2. Picture Of The Moon (Alternate "loud guitars" mix)
  3. Message From The Country ('B' side of "LTYGDWSWT" single)
  4. The New Me (Early version)
  5. They Shoot Horses Don't They? ('B' side of "LTYGDWSWT" single)
  6. People Don't Stop Believin' (Previously unreleased song)
  7. They Will Find You Out ('B' side LTYGDWSWT 7' single - first time on CD)
  8. The Absentee (Previously unreleased song)
  9. The Nicest Kind Of Lie (Early version)
  10. The Lonely Ones [1] (Clean vocal)
  11. Finally Getting Over You (Band take)
  12. Let The Young Girl Do What She Wants To (Single version)

Hope this whets your appetite!

Have a good day,

Ian McNabb
